This Refund Policy explains how NewLuxJob refunds Premium subscription payments. By subscribing to Premium, you agree to this Refund Policy.
1. 14-day refund — no questions asked
You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of your first Premium subscription payment, for any reason. Email info@newluxjob.com with the email address on your account — that is all we need. We will issue the refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
2. Subsequent renewals
If a monthly renewal charges your card and you no longer want Premium, contact us at info@newluxjob.com within 14 calendar days of that renewal — we will refund the renewal charge in full and cancel the subscription. To avoid renewal charges in the future, you can cancel your subscription anytime from your account settings before the next billing date; Premium access continues until the end of the period you already paid for.
3. How to cancel
You can cancel your Premium subscription anytime from your account settings or by emailing info@newluxjob.com. Cancellation stops the next automatic charge; access remains active until the end of the period you already paid for.
4. Duplicate, technical, and consumer-law refunds
Outside of the 14-day windows above, we will also issue a full refund in any of the following situations:
- Duplicate or erroneous charges on the same subscription.
- Technical issues that prevented you from using the Service for a substantial portion of the paid period.
- Any case where applicable consumer protection law (including the EU 14-day right of withdrawal where it applies) requires a refund.

5. How refunds are processed
Payments are processed by our Merchant of Record. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Any currency conversion fees applied by your bank are outside our control, but if such fees turn a refund into a partial loss for you, contact us and we will work to make you whole.
6. Disputes
If you have any issue with a charge, please contact us first at info@newluxjob.com. We aim to resolve all refund requests within 5 business days.
