By accessing or using the NewLuxJob website, web cabinet and Telegram bot (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Operator and Description of Service
The Service is operated by Stepanenko Volodymyr Viktorovych, individual entrepreneur (ФОП) registered in Ukraine, RNOKPP 2983511213 (the "Operator", "we", "our").
NewLuxJob is an AI career-coaching SaaS for professionals navigating the European labour market. The Service analyses your CV, generates personalised cover letters, scores how well your professional profile fits openings publicly available across Europe, and delivers a personalised daily career brief through a Telegram bot interface and a web cabinet. What you pay for is the AI software workflow — the underlying job listings remain publicly available; what is private to you is the analysis, the generated cover letters, and the personalised scoring.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable regulations
- Attempt to scrape, copy, or reproduce the Service's content or data at scale
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service
- Use the Service to transmit spam, malware, or other harmful content
4. Intellectual Property
All content produced by NewLuxJob — including articles, AI-generated analyses, and interface design — is owned by NewLuxJob and protected by copyright. Job listing data remains the property of the respective employers and job boards.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. NewLuxJob does not guarantee:
- The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of job listings
- Successful job placement or application outcomes
- Uninterrupted availability of the Service
- The suitability of AI-generated content for specific applications
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NewLuxJob shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including lost employment opportunities.
7. Third-Party Links and Services
The Service may link to third-party websites (employer sites, job boards). NewLuxJob is not responsible for the content or practices of these sites. Your interactions with third-party services are governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.
8. Subscription, Cancellation and Refunds
Premium features are offered on a paid subscription basis. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to recurring billing at the displayed price and interval until cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and no further charges will be made.
You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of your first Premium subscription payment, for any reason and without any conditions. We also issue a full refund for: (a) duplicate or erroneous charges; (b) monthly renewal charges when you contact us within 14 calendar days of the renewal; (c) any case where applicable consumer protection law (including the EU 14-day right of withdrawal where it applies) requires a refund. 9. Modifications
NewLuxJob reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of material changes via the website.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, where the operator is registered as an individual entrepreneur. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Ukraine, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules of the user's country of residence.
