Role Summary As a Vice President on the West Region Investment Team, the successful candidate will source, negotiate, diligence, and close equity investments in office, industrial, multifamily, and retail properties in the San Francisco Bay Area. The Vice President will be responsible for the sourcing, underwriting, investment committee presentation, due diligence, structuring, and closing of new acquisitions and development opportunities across all points on the risk spectrum. The Vice President will be responsible for managing deal teams, including analysts and associates in acquisitions, as well as coordinating with asset management, engineering, research and other JPM and external teams.…
