On-Site (5 days) Position Summary The Training Leader will lead and enhance training and development programs for the Clarksville, TN manufacturing site, supporting operational excellence, safety, quality, employee growth, and leadership capability. This role partners across site leadership, operations, HR, EHS, and quality to build a high-performance learning culture and strengthen workforce capability. This is an opportunity to centralize and advance training in a large, growing manufacturing environment. What you will do: Develop and execute the site learning and development strategy. Lead training specialists in program development, delivery, and continuous improvement. Create training programs for hourly and salaried employees across manufacturing operations.…
