General Summary: Responsible for continuous improvement, project management and standardization of process both human and equipment related. Principal Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions): Evaluates data captured by the supplier pertaining to both process and equipment in order to help department supervisors become more efficient and reduce breakage and identify reoccurring errors to improve PM and maintenance. Works with the departments to set up testing for new consumables and products ensuring testing is organized and historical data can be captured. Uses tests to see if they were successful or not and if changes should be implemented. Creates a validated consumable list helping the lab to have multiple suppliers and reduce costs.…
