Position Overview: The School Operations Manager (SOM) is responsible for managing and executing smooth daily operations of the school Specifically, the SOM ensures core daily systems are effectively executed, student enrollment targets are met and maintained, facilities and technology systems are in good working order, daily student health and safety protocols are adhered to, and daily events logistics are executed as planned. The SOM reports directly to the Director of Operations (DOO) and manages the School Operations Administrator (SOA). Duties and Responsibilities: General responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Daily Operations Management: Oversee key daily systems such as student arrival, attendance, transitions, lunch/recess, and dismissal.…
