As Axon's Recruiting Coordinator you will partner closely with our recruiting team, hiring managers, and candidates to support a phenomenal interview and hiring experience. You are an organizational guru, have the ability to shift gears at a moment's notice and enjoy the opportunities (and challenges) of helping to build a stellar organization in hyper growth with talented individuals. You will be responsible for managing candidate workflows and recruiting coordinator requests in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), owning interview scheduling, booking travel and accommodations for out of town candidates, supporting recruiting and branding events, and helping with various recruiting projects and assignments.…
