Reporting to the VP of Human Resources, the Human Resources Manager serves as a strategic partner to assigned business units, providing leadership and direction across all facets of Human Resources. This role is responsible for the effective administration of HR policies, programs, and best practices in areas including talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits and compensation, performance management, training and development, HRIS systems, and workplace safety. Specific Responsibilities: Implement and communicate HR policies and programs; advise employees and managers on HR matters, performance, and employee relations.
