About the Role As a Staff Technical Recruiter for our Product team, you will build the team that shapes the company’s products. Operating within our decentralized recruiting model, you will embed directly into the Product organization to build collaborative partnerships with hiring managers, executives, and individual contributors. Because you are immersed in the team, you will develop a nuanced understanding of its dynamics and master the competitive landscape for Product Management. You will leverage this specialized expertise to drive proactive sourcing strategies and recruit for a diverse range of critical positions across the organization.
