What You'll Need At least 6 months of experience supporting adults with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities Must be 18 years or older High school diploma or GED Valid driver's license and ability to drive a company van Experience with direct support, personal care, behavioral support, or skill development Basic computer skills and ability to learn electronic documentation systems Strong communication skills Ability to lift and transfer up to 50 lbs. Ability to work as part of a team in an active, changing environment Experience in an adult day program, group home, behavioral program, or community-based setting is a plus.
