We are looking for an enthusiastic team player to join our Customer Service team. Find more about the position below: Responsabilities: Provide outstanding customer service proactively and reactively through calls, emails, and other communication channels; Create, document, and manage customer tickets using ServiceNow, ensuring all queries are fully recorded and routed to the appropriate teams; Resolve customer questions and issues efficiently by leveraging available ERP information to achieve a right-first-time resolution; Build and nurture strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams; Participate in Continual Service Improvement initiatives; Adhere to financial policies and procedures in line with Group principles and processes.…
