We are in search of a Customer Quality Engineer to join our innovative team as our new #bloqstar. In this role, you'll play a crucial role in the quality team. Fair warning: we're scaling fast and the data and reporting capabilities are scaling with us. You'll often need to pull from multiple systems and build the picture yourself before you can analyse it. If you need everything pre-structured to do good work, this isn't the role. What you’ll be doing: Continuously monitor the performance of lockers after installation, collecting data on failures, defects, and other non-conformities Analyze historical and real-time data to identify trends, root causes of problems, and improvement opportunities Design and implement a structured process for collecting, logging, and tracking customer…
