Als Corporate Recruiter Cyber Security speel je een belangrijke rol in de verdere groei van onze Cyber Security afdeling. Je bent niet alleen verantwoordelijk voor het vinden en aantrekken van talent, maar neemt de lead over recruitment binnen de Area. Recruitment staat bij ons hoog op de agenda. Daarom werk je als recruiter heel nauw samen met het Management Team van Cyber Security. Je zit letterlijk aan tafel waar de plannen worden gemaakt, kent de ambities van de afdeling en adviseert het management over de arbeidsmarkt, recruitmentstrategie en de beste manier om schaarse securityspecialisten aan ons te verbinden.
