De uitdaging Als (junior) Corporate Recruiter ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige recruitmentproces van (middle-)management en staffuncties binnen jouw divisies. Je bent de talent advisor van de business. Je begrijpt wat teams nodig hebben, adviseert hiring managers en zorgt ervoor dat kandidaten een professionele en positieve ervaring hebben – van eerste contact tot aanbieding.
