Ti troverai a svolgere principalmente le seguenti attività: Gestione del recupero crediti B2B: sarai il punto di riferimento per la gestione delle pratiche di recupero, assicurandoti che i pagamenti avvengano nei tempi previsti. Analisi strategica delle pratiche: valuterai ogni caso con attenzione, scegliendo la strategia più efficace per tutelare gli interessi del cliente e garantire il miglior risultato possibile. Supporto ai clienti corporate: comunicherai in modo chiaro e proattivo lo stato delle pratiche, fornendo aggiornamenti e spiegando le azioni intraprese per risolvere eventuali criticità.…
