All’interno dell’Area Legal Affairs – Cyber& Security Solutions Division stiamo ricercando un/una Legal Expert Domestic Business per la nostra sede di Genova – Fiumara che, con specifico riferimento alle procedure negoziali rette dal Codice Contratti Pubblici e in generale a quelle con i privati, si ponga come Legal Partner della Divisione per il mercato domestico. La persona si occuperà delle seguenti attività: Gestione delle tematiche legali e contrattuali inerenti le fasi di offerta e poi di esecuzione contrattuale, soprattutto con riferimento alle procedure rette dal Codice Contratti Pubblici (particolarmente appalti / concessioni), ma anche con riferimento a quelle del settore privato.…
