All’interno dell’Area Legal, stiamo ricercando un/a Junior Legal Specialist per la nostra sede di Roma. La persona si occuperà delle seguenti attività: Predisposizione, analisi, revisione e negoziazione di contratti di varie tipologie (vendita, fornitura di servizi, procurement, supporto logistico) con controparti nazionali ed estere; Supporto legale alle funzioni aziendali, garantendo un adeguato presidio delle tematiche legali; Predisposizione documenti a carattere legale per appalti pubblici. Titolo di studio Laura in Giurisprudenza. Seniority Junior: almeno 2 anni di esperienza, preferibilmente aziendale. Conoscenze e competenze tecniche: competenza nella predisposizione dei contratti di vendita, fornitura di servizi, procurement, supporto logistico; conoscenza delle procedure…
