Attività principali: Predisporre pareri sulle tematiche afferenti al diritto dell’ambiente, della salute, della sicurezza e degli appalti pubblici e privati Gestire in via relativamente autonoma contenziosi e precontenziosi in ambito civile e amministrativo, con coordinamento di legali esterni e consulenti tecnici Supportare le linee di business nella partecipazione a procedimenti amministrativi Monitorare e approfondire l’evoluzione della normativa/giurisprudenza in ambito di competenza, sia a livello italiano…
