Das erwartet Dich Wir suchen eine:n Werkstudent:in zur Unterstützung unseres Customer Success Teams bei Aufgaben rund um Systempflege, CRM-Aktualisierungen sowie allgemeine Kundenkontaktaufnahmen. Das Customer Success Team steht im Austausch mit Kunden um Zufriedenheit und aktive Nutzung ihrer DocuWare Systeme sicherzustellen und langfristige Kundenbeziehungen aufzubauen. Zu Deinen Aufgaben gehören: Du wirst bei der Aktualisierung und Pflege unseres CRM-Systems unterstützen, um genaue und aktuelle Kundendaten sicherzustellen. Deine Mitarbeit an Projekten zur Verbesserung der CRM-Optimierung ist gefragt. Du assistierst das Team bei Abwicklung der Kontaktaufnahme bei Kündigungen, um die Kundenerfahrung zu verstehen und sicherzustellen, dass das CRM mit Kündigungsgründen und Feedback…
