THE ROLE Reporting to the VP of Strategy, Corporate Development & Ventures, the Senior Manager will serve as the analytical and execution core of the deal team - building the models, running the diligence, and producing the analysis that drives transaction and investment decisions. You will work across concurrent workstreams spanning acquisitions, venture investments, and strategic and competitive analysis, with direct exposure to executive decision-making. This is a hands-on role in a small, high-leverage team, with significant room for growth as the function scales. You will work within deal teams alongside Directors and the VP, owning your workstreams end-to-end and directing Associate-level support on analysis and materials.…
