Duties and Responsibilities: Assist customers with parts selection, pricing, and product recommendations. Process parts orders, inventory requests, and emergency purchases. Support service technicians with parts sourcing and repair order transactions. Coordinate shipments, deliveries, pick-ups, and back-order management. Process returns, credits, and customer payments. Maintain inventory, product knowledge, and a clean work area. Follow company safety standards and procedures. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. 1+ year of automotive parts and/or sales experience. Strong customer service and communication skills.
