Most days, our Sales Execs are out door knocking to find new accounts. City Wide offers janitorial and facility management services to local businesses and it would be your job to hunt for new clients and follow them through the sales process. Our Account Managers take it from there. Hopefully, you already know how to sell. The real question is whether your comp plan rewards it. At City Wide Facility Solutions, Outside Sales Representatives earn $120,000+ on-target with uncapped commission, and once you ramp, you'll close $5,000 to $10,000 in new monthly contract revenue that recurs and compounds into a book that's…
