About the Role As a strategic thought partner to executive level GTM Sales leaders, this HR Business Partner Director translates business goals into people strategy across talent, leadership development, organization design, and culture. You will own the people strategy, functional people plan, and you will bring data and foresight to people decisions related to growth, productivity, and margin. You will also be the voice of the business within HR, aligning HRBP, COE, and shared services partners to deliver fit-for-purpose solutions for a matrixed, AI-native sales organization.
