BGC Financial LP’s MINT Liquidity Solutions Equity/Credit group is seeking a motivated Equity Sales Trader to join our fast‑paced, client‑focused trading desk in New York. You will work closely with portfolio managers and senior sales traders to source liquidity, execute orders across exchanges and ATSs, and contribute to best‑execution initiatives while developing as an institutional trader. Execute U.S. equity orders across exchanges, ATSs, and electronic venues. Develop execution strategies and source liquidity with senior traders. Monitor market activity and provide real‑time trading updates and market color. Coordinate with sales, operations, compliance, and counterparties for seamless trade flow. Analyze execution quality and support best‑execution and TCA initiatives.…
