The Retail Sales Associate is responsible for providing superior service to both the internal and external customer. They are also responsible for greeting customers, cash register transactions, gift-wrapping, stocking sales floor, maintaining a clean working environment and assisting guests with their needs. The Retail Sales Associate: Uses the equipment associated with the position, including electronic cash register, 10-key adding machine, credit card machines, ticket machine, computer and keyboard. Communicates effectively with customers and all levels of employees. Reviews and comprehends all necessary documentation. Inspects and maintains areas for which responsible, as well as ability to distinguish between different denominations of currency and make change.…
