Purpose: To support in the development, implementation, and management of the Franchise A strategies and to facilitate the governance and business alignment with the alliances JBI and Genmab. Job responsibilities: The commercial strategy director reports directly to the Vice president of Franchise A and is a member of the franchise leadership team. Develops Business plans that incorporate long and short-range strategic planning, works closely with the Finance Director and the rest of the leadership on these plans. Structures strategic planning sessions. Coordinates content for leadership team governance and develops Staff agenda. Coordinates internal communications and culture efforts with functional leadership and PA team – including Franchise A Townhalls and dynamic communication…
