As a Program Manager, CAES Systems here at Honeywell, you will lead and manage complex aerospace programs, ensuring the successful delivery of CAES (Commercial Avionics and Electronic Systems) projects. You will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, managing schedules, budgets, and resources, and driving program execution to meet customer and business requirements. You will report directly to our senior leadership and you’ll work out of our Lansdale, PA location on an on-site work schedule. In this role, you will impact the successful delivery of aerospace systems programs, enhance customer satisfaction, and contribute to Honeywell Aerospace's reputation for excellence and innovation in avionics and electronic systems
