In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our service team. You will play a key role in ensuring that our Technicians, Service Advisors, and Parts Advisors are equipped to provide exceptional customer service and technical expertise. This position requires a deep understanding of electric vehicle (EV) systems, service operations, and parts management.
