What you’ll do As Commercial Counsel at Brex, you will be an integral and versatile member of the Legal team and will support all aspects of the Company's commercial legal efforts. You will handle legal review and negotiation of Brex customer contracts, working closely with sales and other revenue-supporting teams to close deals efficiently while protecting the Company's interests. You'll also support vendor and partner contracting, negotiating a range of contracts that serve teams and departments across Brex. You will advise on legal issues that intersect with commercial matters, and collaborate with a wide range of cross-functional partners, including deal desk, ops, procurement, privacy, security, marketing, and people.…
