Visit cement plants, building strong relationship with the cement market. Regular communication with Company’s Director of Cement Additives and Company’s Technical Service. Follow closely on-site field trials. Jointly work with commercial/technical team to understand the customer requirement, and making adjustment of products to support existing business and capture new market opportunities to grow the business. Jointly work with commercial team to gather market intelligence to better understand industry trend and competitors. Working with Product Management to develop new product to grow and improve profitability of the business. Develop and regularly update competitors’ product database to support commercial growth.…
