IMPORTANT = This is an on-site position in Colby, Kansas. Candidates unable to work on-site will not be considered. Pay = $18.50/hr This is your fast track into restaurant management and it starts on day one. As a Manager in Training at Runza in Colby, you'll learn to lead a team, manage food and labor, and run shifts at the speed and high standards Runza is known for. This is a paid, hands-on training program designed to get motivated people into a Shift Manager or Assistant Manager role and for the right person, even further. You won't sit in a classroom you'll be on the line, behind the counter, and leading shifts alongside experienced managers who will show you how it's done.
