OVERVIEW The HR Manager manages the daily Human Resources functions at the Vegas Distribution Center. Reporting to the Director of HR and partnering closely with the On-Site Director of Operations and facility leadership, this role supports employees and managers throughout the employment lifecycle while ensuring HR practices align with company policies, operational objectives, and applicable employment requirements. The HR Manager leads local HR operations, employee relations, onboarding, compliance, safety initiatives, HRIS administration, timekeeping support, benefits coordination, and process improvement. The successful candidate will exercise sound judgment, handle sensitive matters with discretion, and work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment.…
