Own marketplace performance across a growing territory of optometry practices for a fast-growing digital eye care platform. You will get practices live, train doctors and staff, and change how practices sell. What you'll do Own a territory end to end: activation, training, adoption and revenue growth. Drive attach rate and revenue per practice. Lead change management so the platform becomes part of the daily workflow. Train practice teams on the platform and in-exam selling. Share pilot feedback with leadership and turn top-performer stories into playbooks.
