The Customer Relationship Manager is responsible for managing the booked accounts, coaching team members, identifying business opportunities and losses, and positioning and explaining the group's strategic direction. This position interacts with various departments (eg. Information Technology (IT), Underwriting, Sales and Product Marketing etc.) to ensure operational processes and activities comply with system and procedure requirements. He/She is responsible for coaching Customer Relationship Supervisors, managing administrative operations, customer service, training, and communications as well as consulting with product management to ensure senior leadership has up-to-date product and customer information.…
