About the Role We are seeking a Strategy & Operations Manager to join our team and accelerate the expansion of in-person behavioral healthcare. Near term, you will lead our efforts to scale in-person psychiatry services and build a robust office safety and suitability program. Serving as the operational lead and subject matter expert for in-person psychiatry, you will partner with supply teams to establish provider acquisition channels, design compelling value propositions, craft demand generation strategies, and maintain regulatory compliance across target markets.
