Why this role is on the menu Instacart's Policy & Government Affairs department advocates for public policy outcomes that support the long-term growth of our business and the success of our key stakeholders. This role leads Instacart's state and local government affairs in the midwest United States, where policymakers need to understand our business and its positive impact on their communities. Without it, engagement with state and local elected officials and other key stakeholders in the region lacks a dedicated lead, and cross-functional partners are less informed on new policy developments. Twelve months from now, Instacart has trusted relationships with policymakers across the region and a clear, regularly reported view of the policy landscape.…
