The Sustainability Solutions Manager is responsible for managing and advancing Masimo’s customer-facing sustainability programs, including the sensor recycling program. This role oversees program execution across customer participation, sensor collection and processing, performance tracking, and customer reporting on recycling and waste diversion outcomes. The Manager also supports the commercial growth of the program by developing customer segmentation, go-to-market approaches, program offerings, value propositions, and customer- and sales-facing materials.
