What You’ll Do As the veterinary practice manager, you’ll oversee the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the hospital while partnering closely with the doctors and veterinary team. Your responsibilities will include: Lead, coach, and develop the veterinary and client service teams through training, performance feedback, scheduling, and ongoing support. Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard team members who align with the hospital’s culture and veterinary care standards. Create staff schedules and ensure appropriate coverage based on hospital and patient needs.
