Trane is excited to offer an incredible opportunity to become a key member of our Energy Services and Controls team in North & South Dakota. As an Area Contracting Manager, you will be responsible for leading the Energy Services and Controls business in the Dakotas Area, encompassing the major locations of Fargo, Sioux Falls, Rapid City and Bismark. You will manage all aspects of the business with direct responsibility for execution and targeted profitability while leading the team to accomplish specific objectives. What you will do: Drive profitability in Contracting for the area and achieving specific Annual Operating Plan priorities. Manage performance by monitoring contracting personnel effectiveness and efficiency in relation to customer service and operating plan goals.…
