The Capital Markets team is the funding engine for Upstart’s AI lending marketplace. We partner with leading institutional investors across a diverse range of financing and funding solutions including securitizations, whole loan sales, co-investment partnerships and other structured transactions. The Institutional Capital team has built a durable capital franchise with a track record of over $10+B of funding capacity closed. We own Upstart’s whole loan relationships from lead generation to deal close across forward flow and back book transactions. Upstart’s funding engine starts with this team.
