The Opportunity This position works out of our Abbott Park, IL location in the CHR Corporate Human Resources division. As the Manager of Executive Compensation, the incumbent will provide executive compensation subject matter expertise for Abbott’s corporate officers. What You’ll Work On Lead the development, analysis and execution of executive compensation programs in order to support the Company’s objectives to attract, retain and reward Abbott’s senior most leaders. Responsible for the development of all materials for the Compensation Committee meetings. Perform internal/external data analysis, interpret findings, develop and present proposals/recommendations to senior leadership.…
