The Distribution Manager is responsible for leading daily distribution operations and developing the team at the Blue Ash Distribution Center. This hands-on role advances on-time delivery, quality, productivity, inventory accuracy, safety, and continuous improvement through Lean, Six Sigma, and analytical problem-solving practices. This position reports to the Sr. Manager, Global Logistics, Distribution & Service Operations and is part of the Shipping/Receiving and Distribution team located in Cincinnati, Ohio and will be an on-site role.
