The Plant Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, direction, and performance of a multi-shift manufacturing facility with approximately 150 employees. This role ensures safe, efficient, and cost-effective operations while meeting production, quality, and customer delivery objectives. The Plant Manager drives continuous improvement, develops a high-performing leadership team, and ensures alignment with corporate goals and values.
