• Partner with and advise stakeholders to analyze risks and controls across the business, proactively find gaps or new risks, and identify root causes to advise solutions. • Design, set up, and monitor controls using automation, AI, and data analytics to build a proactive risk culture. • Review and provide program data (such as KRI/KPI), use analytics and visualization tools, and create reports to support business decisions. • Take active ownership of Risk & Control Self-Assessments by leading process walkthroughs and mapping exercises with different teams. • Lead or support control program projects, ensuring regulatory compliance and addressing key risks, while identifying and driving improvements through new technology.…
