On-Site (5 days) As a Production Manager, you will oversee daily production operations to ensure manufacturing runs safely, efficiently, and in line with established quality and production standards. This role is responsible for leading production staff, supporting a high-performing team environment, and driving continuous improvement across the department. Key Responsibilities Monitor production volume and quality to ensure specifications and performance targets are met. Adjust resources and workflows to improve efficiency and resolve production issues. Review operational metrics such as yield, scrap, and maintenance costs.
