MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE This senior level process Improvement role is responsible for the execution and ongoing management of business excellence initiatives. Working within the Operations organization, the role leads strategic, complex process improvement projects in conjunction with division goals and imperatives for improving manufacturing and supply chain business processes. The role is accountable for delivering strategic results from the application of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies such as Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, problem solving tools, as well as implementation of solution via effective change management and project management with cross-functional teams.
