Responsibilities o Define and drive site reliability improvement strategy. o Provide technical expertise, data analysis, planning, and implementation to improve equipment availability and assess utilization. o Proactively analyze plant reliability and down-time data to identify current and potential defects. o Analyze work order trends, predictive equipment information, manufacturer specifications, documentation and failure analysis data to prepare operating and maintenance strategies. o Mentor maintenance mechanics in reliability-based maintenance techniques o Write repair plans and scopes of work for equipment repairs. o Lead root cause analysis to evaluate the causes of equipment failures.…
