The Maintenance Manager leads all maintenance, reliability, and asset management activities for the Fort Smith manufacturing facility, driving equipment reliability, operational excellence, and manufacturing performance through a comprehensive Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) strategy. This role oversees the development and execution of Operator Preventive Maintenance (OPM), Preventive Maintenance (PM), Predictive Maintenance (PdM), and Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) programs, leveraging technologies such as condition monitoring, vibration analysis, thermal imaging, oil analysis, and CMMS tools to proactively prevent equipment failures.…
