The Opportunity: We’re seeking a talented Senior Paralegal to join Mattel’s growing Rights Management team within the Legal and Business Affairs group. Successful candidates will bring significant experience in entertainment and consumer products rights/intellectual property (IP) management, with the ability to independently execute and oversee end-to-end contract and rights management processes. This position is located at Mattel’s headquarters in Los Angeles.
