We are seeking an experienced, proactive, and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our Legal Department in supporting SoFi’s Service of Process unit. Reporting to the Senior Paralegal, Service of Process Manager, this role oversees daily intake management and handles subpoena compliance as well as threatened or filed matters. The ideal candidate brings a proven track record of supporting law firm and in-house litigation, possess strong knowledge of legal service of process, criminal and civil subpoenas, and arbitration workflows, and excels at collaborating with attorneys and cross-functional stakeholders on complex legal issues.
